An Easel Card and a goodbye....

Hi everyone i hope your all enjoying this beautiful weather we are having at the moment? Lets hope it lasts lol.

Well its time for another Creative Card Challenge and its the lovely Linda's turn to set the theme and she has chosen:

Easel Cards

Before i show you my card i have a bit of news to share and that is that i have decided to step down from running the CCC Challenge blog and being on the DT due to health reasons. Its been a very difficult decision to make but i have to do whats right for me. I have asked my lovely friend Janna to take over from me and im so pleased she said yes and i know she will do such a fabulous job. I just want to thank all of the DT for all there fantastic work and support they have given me and would also like to thank all of the sponsors for kindly donating such fabulous prizes every fortnight and a big big thank you goes to all of you lovely crafters for taking part in the challenges.

So here's my final card for Creative Card Crew:

I have used a template my lovely friend Linda sent me to make this octagonal shaped easel card. The image is from Whimsy which is called Cool Ride which i have coloured with Promarkers i have used the swirl stamp that came with the Cool Ride stamp around the edges and i have finished off with Glamour Dust. The papers are Heidi Grace and the sentiment is a Penny Black which i love. The ribbon and silver beads are what my friend Linda also sent me.

Hi its only me lol ive made another card today using another new stamp ive had this cute Penny Black stamp for a while now but hadnt got round to using it until today:

The image as ive said is Penny Black which ive coloured with my beloved promarkers. The papers are Papermania again ive had a while but never used lol. Ive made the flower with my retro flowers punches and finished off with a spacer and pearl brad. The ribbon and pearls are from my stash.

Challenge 50 A Sketch....

This fortnight at Creative Card Crew its the lovely Emma's turn to set the challenge and she has drawn up a fabulous sketch for us all to follow:

Ive really lost my mojo of late grrrrrrrrr lol but Emma's sketch was a joy to work with so im hoping its back for a while lol.

Here's my card:

Ive used this adorable Tilda image that my lovely lovely friend Jen sent me ( Thanks hun ) and i have coloured her in with promarkers ( The image not Jen lol ) I put a scalloped nesstie through the daisy folder then sanded then cut tilda out and popped her on some foam pads. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts which i adore and i have used glimmer mist and glamour dust but the photo hasn't picked it up as usual. The papers are what my friend Esther sent me so im not sure what they are but i will ask and edit the post.

WOYWW?

Hi well its Wednesday so that means WOYWW well a right mess that's what lol i started trying to organise my room on Sunday did a little on Monday and that's been it lol so here's the mess:

Basically everything from the shelves above my desk is now on my desk look though i have been attempting to clean too see you can see the duster lol lol. I have a cupboard next to my next and the mess has spilled onto that too:

Here i usually try to keep tidy i promise lol but at the moment as you can see its not and heres the evidence of the last card i made lol.

Here is a pic of my crafty drawers which house my papers and stamps:

As you can see its going to take me a while to tidy this mess up lol. Oh you have probably noticed that Lucy the Dog isn't in the pics today she did venture up stairs but took one look couldn't find space to settle and went back down stairs and when i came down i found her on the settee so i took a pic for you lol oh and shes had her hair cut from the last time you saw her lol:

So if there is any of you that live near Preston Lancashire and fancy giving me a hand to sort this mess out id love to hear from you ROTFL.

Relaxing Ronnie a Charity Challenge....

Hi ive got a card to show you today that ive made using the fabulous Ronnie Relaxing digi image

Ronnie has been created by Paula at Polly Craft for the lovely Emma who is raising money for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of her Dad Ronnie who tragically died in an accident at work last year.

Emma has set up a Charity Challenge all you have to do is buy this fabulous image either from Emma or from Paula at Polly Craft the image is £1.50 and it all goes to the Charity. WOYWDW????

Hi there ive been meaning to take part in WOYWDW over at The Stamping Ground for ages now so ive just been upstairs to take a few pics there isnt much on my desk as i actually cleaned up yesterday after i had been creating which isnt like me lol anyway like i said there isnt much on my desk its whats under it that will make you laugh.

Meet lucy dog lol this is where Lucy lives when im crafting and its a pain but she wont budge but at least in winter she keeps my feet warm lol. So what is on my desk well theres my MP3 player i plug these in me ears while im crafting turn up the volume and away i go the only problem being is i tend to sing along out of key and very loud which dosnt impress Lucy or my Husband very much lol. The card on my desk is what a lovely little girl called Alex sent me so its got pride of place on my desk. The image is all coloured and layerd up and ready to go its for a DT project but every time i try nothing looks right so maybe tomorrow i say lol.

Heres another pic its of the shelves over my desk.

I so need to try and organise these shelves they look awful just stuff piled on lol. Oh and excuse the state of the wall infront of my desk its full of bluetac from where all the cards my friends have sent me they now live on a cork board anyway im hopfully having my room decorated soon and more shelves and storage added fingers crossed.

Sarah Kay Birthday Card....

Hi everyone ive had a lovely afternoon crafting today and have made a Birthday card with a beautiful Sarah Kay image that my lovely Friend Sharon sent me thanks hun.

Ive gone for one of my favorite colour combo's of the moment Pink Lilac & Blue and have coloured the image in as always with my promarkers lol. The lilac/blue paper is by Enchanted Complements and the pink paper is by FancyPants. The flowers are Prima and the gems pearls ribbon and spacers are from my stash.

Love Me Tilda with Thanks....

Hiya everyone i hope you all well and enjoying this lovely weather we are having at the minute?

I went out craft shopping yesterday with a good friend for an early Birthday treat and we had such a fabulous day first of all we went to the Free port shopping centre at Fleetwood and visited the Paper Mill shop so i stocked up on white stamping card then we had a lovely lunch then on the way back we stopped off at Thorton near Blackpool to a fabulous little craft shop called the Windmill Craft Centre and wow what a fabulous little treasure trove of a craft shop it is we were in our element lol. The lady was so nice and very helpful and the best bit ladies is omg i was so excited she sells Magnolias oh wow and there was loads and loads oh me didn't know what to d with myself i was like a child in a sweetie shop lol. She also sells copics,spellbinders, Sarah Kay, WOJ, Martha Stewart the Magnolia Magazine oh wow the list is endless and the best bit they have a online shop which you can take a peek at HERE.

I only bought one Magnolia stamp which was one i had been after for a while which is called Love Me Tilda and she is adorable and as always a joy to colour in which as ever ive used my beloved Promarkers.

The blue paper is Magnolia and the pink card is Core'dinations which a ran through the daisy cuttlebug folder then sanded i just love that effect. The sentiment is from the Clare Curd sentiment set and the ribbon & pearls are from my stash.
