Creative Card Crew Challenge 43 Punch It!

Well hello have you missed me? lol the reason ive been missing for so long is that my crafty mojo decided to go off on holiday just before Christmas and has only just decided to return lol plus i was having jobs done in the house after Christmas and couldn't get proper access to my craftroom for a week anyway im back and have missed you all lots.

Before i tell you about this fortnights Challenge at Creative Card Crew we have some new DT members i would like to introduce you to please give a warm welcome to:

Punch It!

We have a fabulous new sponsor this week

The DT have made the most fabulous cards for inspiration which can be seen HERE.

For my card i have gone completely out of my comfort zone and used colours i wouldn't usually go for and at first i was sure but they have grown on me and for once im happy lol.

The punches ive used are the Martha Stewart heart border punch and the retro flower punches small medium & large the papers are a mixture of BG wisteria and My Minds Eye bloom & grow

Ive coloured Tilda with rose in with my promarkers and finished off with blue ribbon blue fluffy yarn pearls and a thank you sentiment.

This card also fits in with the following Challenges

1) Colour Create ( Colours are Kraft Blue & White )

2) Just Magnolia ( Thank you )

3) Friday Sketchers ( Ive followed there fab sketch )

4) Stamp Somthing ( Colour Combo Blue & White )

Creative Card Crew Challenge 41 & DT Call

Good Morning are we all ready for Christmas? lol well im nearly there still a few cards to make but the presents are bought just have to wrap them all now lol.

Well its time for another Creative Card Crew Challenge and this is the last one of 2009 this challenge will run until the 5th January

Creative Card Crew Challenge 40 Gold/ Silver

Good Morning everyone i hope your all well? Are you all ready for Christmas???? lol lol well if you are can you come and give me a hand???? lol lol last week i had planned to get started then my Husband got brought home from work because his back had gone oh he was in pain bless him so instead of making cards and getting presents i became his nurse maid lol lol but he was a good paitient lol so i will let him off lol so hopfully this week will be the week for me to start my cards etc.

Creative Card Crew Challenge 39

Good Morning everyone before i tell you about this weeks Creative Card Crew Challenge i just wanted to appoligise for being awol for the last couple of weeks ive been unwell with a bad chest infection but im on antibiotics now and feeling much better.

If anyone has emailed me recently and i havnt replied its because im having alot of trouble with my email address i am trying to sort it out and will reply to you asap. xxxx

This week we have some sad news at CCC and that is that my very good friend Sharon is stepping down from the DT and helping me run the challenge due to personal reasons your really going to be missed Sharon but i understand you need to do whats right for you i just want to thank you for all your help and for all your fabulous cards and projects you have made for Creative Card Crew and i wish you all the best for the future. xxxx

For my card this week i have used this beautiful Sarah Kay Christmas Stamp

I have coloured her in with my beloved promarkers and added fluffy stuff for the snow and added glamour dust for a bit of sparkle.The papers are Bobunny. I ran some red card through the snowflake embossing folder and finished off with some ribbon and a sentiment.

Everything use on the card was bought from my local craft shop Crafty Addicts.

Isn't this little bear so adorable i had so much fun colouring it in which i have done so with promarkers and have added abit of bling with glamour dust the papers are SU and the flowers ribbon and gems are from my stash. I followed the fabulous sketch which was drawn up by Marcea thanks hun it was a dream to work with.

For my card this week i have made an easel card and i have used the fabulous sketch from The High Hopes Challenge so i would like to enter my card into their Challenge this week the sketch was a dream to work with thank you.

Ive used the fabulous High Hopes Santa image and coloured him in with promarkers and have used flower soft polar white for Santa's fur trims for the doodles ive just used a red and green sakura glaze pens and doodled round the edge of the image and Ho Ho Ho paper.The papers are from my local craft shop and the ribbon and gems are from my stash.

For my card this week i have used the fabulous Whimsey lion image and coloured him with promarkers

The papers are Basic Grey and i have used my gold shimmer mistto add bling i ran some brown card through the cuttlebug arglye embossing folder and again used my shimmer mist on the brown card the gems ribbon and made for you charm are from my stash i also used my clear sakura pen to shine up the lion's nose and claws.

I am entering this card into the Simon Say's Challenge

This weeks Challenge is All that Sparkles and i think my card qualifies lol with the glimmer mist ive used and the gems.

One Stop Craft Challenge

This week at One Stop Craft Challenge Sharon would like you to use Newspaper/ Text Print/ Script Writing on your cards/projects this week.

Shelly as donated a lovely stamp for this weeks prize and as always the DT have made some fabulous cards for inspiration which can be seen HERE

As soon as i saw the challenge for this week i was stumped Newspapers i screeched lol anyway once i sat down and started i surprised myself and really enjoyed making my card.

The Script paper i found in my scrap box and i haven't a clue where it came from lol the Christmas papers are papermania which i matted and layered with gold mirri card i used my gold glimmer mist on the poinsettia and finished off with gold ribbon.

Right im off to make a brew and get the sweeties ready for the trick a treaters

Today One Stop Craft Challenge is 1 year old wow doesn't time fly when your having fun before i get onto the challenge this week i would like to thank Shelly for having me on her fab DT its been a great year Shelly thank you and also i would like to thank all of the fabulous DT Sharon Donna Nikki & Maggie your all a great bunch of girls to work with so thank you.

Well i sound like ive just accepted my first Oscar with all the thank yous lol lol.

For my card this week i have made a child's Christmas card using this fabulous High Hopes Santa stamp isn't he adorable?

I have coloured him in with promarkers and have used woodware's fluffy stuff for the trims on his Santa suit ive also used a sakura clear glaze pen to shine up his belt and boots. The papers are DCWV and the sentiment and ribbon are from my stash.
