A Door Hanger for a few Challenges....

Hi there i hope your all having a lovely weekend? Well the sun is shining here in Preston which makes a great change lol.

I have something different than a card to show you today which again makes a change lol.

I saw that quite a few challenges wants to see anything but a card so i decided to challenge myself and i have made a Door Hanger. I was quite surprised to find them so easy to make so i can see myself making more of them.

So here is my Door Hanger:

and here is a picture of it on an actual door lol:

The image i have used is a WOJ and is called Willow with Hot Chocolate and is my favorite WOJ image and i have coloured her with my Promarkers. The papers are all from my scrap draw. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The butterflies are punched out with my MSP and the gems and ribbon are from my stash.

Quick & Easy Christmas cards....

Hi everyone well i haven't left it has long this time lol. As soon as i saw the Challenge and fab sketch over at the ABC Christmas Challenge i just had to take part and make a dent in all the Christmas cards i have to make this year. The theme is Quick & Easy with the optional extra of following a fabby sketch and making more than one card so here is my take on the sketch:

and here is a close up of just one of the two cards ive made:

I used the Penny Black Fantasy Tree which i just inked up in silver ink the card ive used is pearlised white and silver and i ran the white through the snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder and i have finished off with gems. Its such a fab sketch to follow and i know i will use it again and again for most of my Christmas cards this year.

This cards fits in with the following Challenges:

ABC Christmas Challenge ( Q for Quick & Easy )

Cute Card Thursday ( Tree-Mendous )

Well thanks for looking and i hope you all have a great week.

Hello again ....

Well hello everyone wow its been awhile since i last posted but im feeling better and my mojo seems to have come back.

I have so missed blogging and visiting all of your fab blogs but im hoping to catch up ove the weekend to find out what you have all been up too.

Before i took my blogging break my lovely friend Linda asked me to be on her fabulous Design Team for her new shop Jazzlins Designs so i have made a few samples for linda and the one im showing today is using a beautiful Belles and Whistles stamp which is adorable. Ive also used a stepper card which was also sent to me by Linda.

So onto my card:

The image is a Belles and Whistles which i just adore and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The butterfies i punched out with my MSP and the papers are Papermainia and the sentiment is from a Stampin Up set.

This card fits in with the following Challenges:

Belles n Whistles ( Lilac/ Purple )
Creative Card Crew ( Cute & Girly )

Crafty Creations ( Winged Things )

Wild Orchid Crafts (One for the Girls )
Well thats all from me for now i hope to be back soon with another card or two.
